Dr. Kelly Kessler
Principal
Dr. Kelly Kessler is beginning her ninth year as principal at Loganville-Springfield Elementary.
She began her career in education by teaching sixth grade at York Suburban School District. She worked at West York Area School District as a Math Coach before coming to Dallastown as the assistant principal at the middle school.
She earned both her bachelor's and master's degree from Millersville University and her principal certification through Shippensburg University. Dr. Kessler earned her doctoral degree from Immaculata University in 2018.
Her free time is spent with her husband, Todd and their two children, Corinthia and Zachariah.
Dr. Kessler is active in both church and athletics. As an avid sports fan, you can usually find her participating in fitness classes, playing a variety of sports and supporting her favorite team, the Pittsburgh Steelers!
Chad Riddle
Assistant Principal
Mr. Chad Riddle is beginning his 14th year in education and his 1st year serving the Dallastown Area School District. He is excited to serve both the Loganville-Springfield and Dallastown communities as an Assistant Principal.
Mr. Riddle began his educational journey teaching Kindergarten at South Western School District before moving to Central York as a K/1 teacher. After several years in the classroom, he entered his career in administration as an Elementary Assistant Principal at Central York.
Mr. Riddle has pursued a plethora of schooling including his B.S. in Elementary Education from York College of Pennsylvania, M.S. in School Counseling from Millersville University, M.S. in Learning Technologies from The Ohio State University, and his K-12 principal certification from York College.
Outside of school, Mr. Riddle enjoys spending time with his wife and son. He has two dogs, Archie and Griffin. Mr. Riddle is an avid rock climber, obstacle course racer, and has even competed on NBC’s show, American Ninja Warrior. He loves watching sports including the Philadelphia Phillies and Ohio State football/basketball.
Mr. Riddle is excited to continue his career in education here at Dallastown. He is looking forward to continuing to build relationships with the Loganville and Dallastown students and families! Mr. Riddle believes every child has the ability to learn and be anything they aspire to be. He believes that it is his job to assist in that process. As Assistant Principal, Mr. Riddle will be a leader, advocate, and partner in your student's educational journey.
